Haven't seen this guy in 12 years or so, but when I lived over his way I always enjoyed doing business with him, back then I was a very rude and unlikable character and Randy was never a jerk to me.
I've bought many cars off ol Randy, while he may not carry the low mileage stuff, I can say I never felt like he was lying and trying to con and cheat me.
