One of the cleanest casinos in indiana. They do need to update some games but other than that...not a bad way to enjoy a night out.
Worst casino I have ever been. They not only take your money but also has horrible staff. I cannot warn you enough to not go. We would max bet and go into multiple bonus rounds and it would pay EVERYTIME on max bet maybe $1.00 to $2.50. And you can read my review about the hotel, it's just as terrible too. PS, "owner response" save your pathetic reply that you do for each review. You can't get anyone back that has been there. I don't know how you stay in business. Enjoy our $4,800 that you made off us in one night on your damn slot machines that are obviously rigged.
You have to walk through the smoking area, to get to non smoking,the non smoking has no drink machines,so you have to go back out in the smoking area to get one. as well as almost the same casino machines as 5 years ago, and you never hardly win anything anymore.its worth the extra hour drive to go to other casinos in Anderson or Lawrenceburg
So very disappointed. We received a birthday gift invitation from French Lick Casino. Offered dinner, a stay at French Lick hotel overnight, and drawing entry. We made arrangements to house our dogs so we could enjoy this offered birthday experience. We were excited. We called to reserve and we were told they were full on rooms and person on phone says she will talk to host and try to book us at West Baden. Host Natasha says she cannot do this and we will have to pay over $200 for the room. Well, this was disappointing to say the least after we were sent the offer. Unprofessional and not very service oriented. Not angry just disappointed Natasha felt we weren't worthy. Hope this helps anyway planning a similar stay. Blessings.
