These guys should not be allowed to build houses! My heatpump is wrong, the duct work is wrong, plumbing wrong, the footer wasn't placed deep enough, the roof is wrong, cracks in my walls, nail heads coming through my ceiling. They will not stand behind their warranty! I have an engineers report, a heat load test, and a roof inspection report that proves Heartland Construction, INC. is a bad builder! Also have proof that I tried to contact them within the warranty period.
Can't say enough great things about these folks. They built my in-laws' house and it is an amazing home. They are replacing my roof and gutters and also working on my parent's home following some storm damage. They are more than reasonably priced for high-quality, personal service.
