That review was written in June of 2005, I believe, which easily explains why I had completely forgotten that I had written it. To be brutally honest, my attention span these days is about as long as that of a gnat.
While I was paying my insurance bill this afternoon, my agent, Roy Love, and his new partner (who also happens to be his son) thanked me for the review I wrote about the agency,in general and Roy specifically. To be frank, I had forgotten that I had even written a review.
Oh....and before you ask, neither of them paid me to write this review.
Be that as it may, I felt compelled to update my review. I can with full confidence say once again that in my opinion Roy is an absolutely exceptional agent and Brett is following closely in his father's footsteps. Now, anyone who knows me even casually will readily tell you that I do not EVER say something , either in an online review or in person, that I do not feel is true. Again I must say that if someone offered me twice as much coverage for half as much money, I would not change agents or agencies.
Why do I say this? Because you cannot put a price tag on integrity and genuine concern for people and these two things are what Roy, and Brett bring to work with them every single day. That should be both recognized and appreciated, both privately and publicly and frequently is not.
