We went to big splash adventure because we got a great deal on the tickets. If it wasn't for the deal we wouldn't have gone. It was a great place. The rides were great. It was a little cooler inside there than I thought it would be. There were fewer rides than I thought. Nevertheless the rides were good. They had a lot of rides and activities for the kids. The people looked out for each other so i felt like kids were safe. We didn't stay overnight we just came for the splash park and stayed 3 hours even though we drove there from an hour and a half away.
Magnificent place for children of all ages. Can get a little crowded at times but not bad. We have been twice now and plan to visit often. The rooms are very clean and they are a nice size. Breakfast is descent, lunch at the dinning room not so much. Pizza at the snack bar also descent. Game room also fun with several games and an air hockey table. You can definitely get your monies worth of family fun if you try.
I give the water park 5 stars, it was friendly, clean and lots of fun. How ever the hotel, was clean and nice but we were on the first floor but none of us could sleep, we were tired but it was noisy, the room was hot and the ac/heater unit wasn't working properly I guess, the bed is uncomfortable, and the water pressure is low in the shower. The breakfast was awesome. The price I felt was reasonable. Will I come back, definitely yes, but I will probably just purchase tickets to the water park and stay somewhere else. And watch out for spiders, found 2 in my room alone. Overall were very glad we came here for the weekend. Update, at checkout I was ask how my stay was and I explained how the water park part was great but my family got no sleep in the room due to the uncomfortably conditions and the noise, the said yes we can hear the noise here to, but they still rented me the room to try to sleep in that they knew was a impossible task, anyway the manager offered us a pizza. That's right a complementary pizza. Omg, none the less we did have a great time playing in the water.
Great place to take the family! My kids played so hard and slept great at night! The food was average for complementary, I have had better breakfasts at other hotels. The room was clean and fresh, with enough room for all five of us to sleep comfortably, and it had a clothes line in the shower! That’s an awesome idea!
This hotel was fun for the kids and that is the main focus we had during our trip. However, I felt that the facility was dated and could utilize some updates. The dining was so so and the breakfast should be better.
