The manager needs to learn to staff properly. Obviously one should assume events will be occurring every weekend being next to a casino and event center. It took two hours to receive our breakfast, which arrived cool. Several tables sat with dirty dishes while the lobby was full. No one was bussing tables. STAFF MORE PEOPLE. Ridiculous.
Way to slow! we was wore out by time we got our food. We had small children with us. Food was good. It was the kitchen.that was slow Waitress was very good. Don’t think we’ll be back. Just wasn’t worth it
Well we went back for dinner and I'm sorry to say that this trip was a mistake.
We wont be eating here again. Every time we have gone it is extremely slow and the staff is always overwhelmed. We went when the restaurant was not very busy and waited 45 minutes for pancakes, eggs, bacon and hash browns. Two couple who had already been there before we were seated ended up leaving before their food came. The hash browns were burnt, we were missing items we ordered, and we were given a pecan pancake that we didn't order that tasted like there was soap or some sort of chemical in the batter. Through the whole thing we only saw our waitress twice once to get out order and for the check. The staff, both out with customers and behind the glass were yelling and arguing at each other, and yelling about customer who had already complained about their orders. It will be the last time we visit this location.
Not recommended at this time.

Service- Terrible
Food- Bacon uncooked, eggs under-cooked, no refills on coffee, burnt toast, 55 minutes to get order, pancakes were cold, the waiter complained about being tired and having to work another shift.. Need I go on? Oh and it wasn't busy at all. It's not like they had a house full.
Good food, but took FOREVER. We had a large group of 10, and it was a Polar Express weekend, but they were extremely understaffed. After reading other reviews, it seems common. We should have left when we entered and another customer mentioned she was waiting 10 minutes at the cash register just to pay. We ordered rather quickly, but sat for over an hour for our food. There were other tables, seated after us, that received their food before ours. We will not be back.
